  • the receiver keeps his/her clothes on: comfort and privacy
  • 20 minutes per person: fits easily with the work schedule
  • the masseur will concentrate on different areas of the body where most of the stress is accumulated i.e.  the back, the shoulders, the neck, arms and hands.

     

  • Other possibility: Table massages (30 minutes) are also much appreciated in the workplace, with a treatement which focuses on one's particular needs ( headache, back pain, muscle tension, sleep or digestion problems, ...)
