"Release Your Energy": a 90 minute anti-stress seminar

The goal of this seminar is to offer each participant helpful and effective tools in order to "release your energy". The seminar unfolds in 3 or 4
stages:
It should be noted that individual sessions ( 20 to 30 minutes) are then suggested in order to optimize and deepen the learning and the implementation. A chair massage is offered during this individual session.
In Practice
A classic meeting room can be just fine as long as there is enough room to move around and perform stretching exercises (standing).
Given the practical side of the seminar, a room with only chairs arranged in a circle and a board/markers is ideal.
Note on clothing
Participants don't have to wear " a sport's outfit" but wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.
Follow up
If the client wishes so, a second series of individual sessions can be organized after a few weeks in order to strengthen the learning of the first
seminar.
New " virtuous habits" are generally adopted after 30 days of daily practice.
Other seminars are also suggested according to the same principle : "Boost Your Energy" ( based on the oriental approach of the " seven conditions of health") and "Anchor and Radiate Your Energy".
