"Release Your Energy": a 90 minute anti-stress seminar

 

Seminar Presentation

The goal of this seminar is to offer each participant helpful and effective tools in order to "release your energy". The seminar unfolds in 3 or 4 stages:

  • To open the seminar, a brief basic presentation on our physiological responses towards danger, highlighting the role of the central nervous system and the autonomous nervous system. A special attention will be paid to their impact and interface with the respiratory system.
  • We will then move on to the practice of different  techniques to free ourselves from tensions according to different zones (ex: back, head, stomach, quality of sleep, patience or irritability).
  • Furthermore, fundamental breathing techniques will be demonstrated so that each and everyone can put them into practice and improve his/her own performances.
  • Finally, if time allows it, the identification and implementation of various acupuncture points to improve daily life will enrich the seminar.

It should be noted that individual sessions ( 20 to 30 minutes) are then suggested in order to optimize and deepen the learning and the implementation. A chair massage is offered during this individual session.

 

In Practice

A classic meeting room can be just fine as long as there is enough room to move around and perform stretching exercises (standing).

Given the practical side of the seminar, a room with only chairs arranged in a circle and a board/markers is ideal.

 

Note on clothing

Participants don't have to wear " a sport's outfit" but wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.

 

Follow up

If the client wishes so, a second series of individual sessions can be organized after a few weeks in order to strengthen the learning of the first seminar.

New " virtuous habits" are generally adopted after 30 days of daily practice.
